LMS & Grades Encoding Technical Support
Support for LMS course and grade-related tasks, including resolving common issues with grades encoding and related LMS processes for faculty and designated staff. Students may use this service for help understanding where to view grades and for reporting LMS grade display issues.
Zoom License Support
Assistance for faculty, staff, and students with Zoom license-related concerns, such as access, activation, and basic license troubleshooting needed to run or join institutional Zoom sessions. Use this service when licensing or account status prevents meeting creation or hosting

EdTech Help DeskVirtual Class Platform
As part of the Educational Technology and e-Learning Support Services (EdTecheSS), the university uses NEO LMS, a modern learning management system that supports digital teaching and learning. NEO LMS provides a central hub where faculty can design and deliver courses, while students can easily access lessons, submit assignments, take quizzes, and track their academic progress.
Through EdTecheSS, faculty, staff and students recieve training and technical support to maximize the use of NEO LMS. This ensures that technology is effectively integrated into teaching and learning, creatning a dynamic, interactive and accessible digital classroom experience for the academic community.
Zoom is the university's primary platform for hosting virtual classes, meetings, and online collaboration. Supported by the Educational Technology and e-Learning Support Services (EdTecheSS), Zoom enables the faculty, staff, and students to connect in real time through high-quality video, audio, and interactive features.
Through EdTecheSS, faculty, staff, and students receive training, license support, and technical assistance to maximize the use of Zoom. This ensures a seamless. interactive, and secure virtual learning environment that supports both teaching and collaboration across the academic community.
